GRS – Global Recycled Standard
GRS (Global Recycled Standard) is an international scheme that certifies not only the recycled content of a textile product, but also its environmental, chemical, and social compliance throughout the entire supply chain. It is a comprehensive tool for companies seeking to demonstrate responsible production with comprehensive traceability.

Global Recycled Standard
About the standard
Developed by Textile Exchange, GRS was designed to provide confidence in products containing recycled materials. Unlike other, simpler schemes, GRS requires companies not only to work with certified content but also to demonstrate good practices in key areas: environmental management, working conditions, chemical control, and document traceability.
Goal
GRS not only establishes traceability requirements, but also explores social, environmental, chemical materials management, and quality aspects. Its main objective is to increase the use of recycled materials in a traceable, controlled, and truthful manner. This will help us reduce the harmful impact of production on people and the environment, and ensure that the company operates sustainably.
